1. Overview & Team Structure
Cyronic Studio operates as an independent collective of software developers, technical artists, and systems engineers providing professional game development, developer tooling, and technical consulting.
2. Intellectual Property & Work for Hire
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in a bespoke engagement contract, all custom code, assets, and project files developed on behalf of a client are transferred upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices. Proprietary internal studio libraries and framework modules remain the licensed property of Cyronic Studio with perpetual royalty-free runtime rights granted to the client.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Cyronic Studio holds client confidentiality in the highest regard. All unannounced titles, design documents, repository access, and project discussions are strictly protected under mutual non-disclosure obligations.
4. Tool Licenses & Warranty
Developer tools, plugins, and frameworks sold directly by Cyronic Studio are provided with standard technical support and source access. Tools are tested across supported engine versions as documented.
