Our policy regarding custom development milestones and digital developer tools.

1. Custom Development Engagements
Custom game development and systems engineering services are delivered and approved on a milestone-by-milestone basis. Prior to milestone kick-off, clear technical deliverables and acceptance criteria are mutually agreed upon.
2. Digital Tools & Source Code Packages
Because our developer plugins and framework products include full non-compiled source code access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to source download/license activation.
3. Technical Support Resolution
If you encounter any engine compatibility issue or unexpected bug in a purchased tool, our technical team commits to providing dedicated Discord support and patches.
